James Keady James Keady has held a Stock & Station Agents & Real Estate Licence since 1974 when he joined the family firm of James P Keady & Co, which was established by James’s Grandfather, Timothy Keady, in 1912.

James is the third generation in the business James said that he has been approached by every existing franchise company in Cowra to represent their respective companies, only to be disappointed with a definite no.

James has lived all his life on a rural farm which gives him the edge over many other rural sales persons when communicating with rural clients. Specializing mainly in rural and commercial property sales, James prides himself with a sound knowledge of these industries.
